AT PEACOCK LANE, WE OFFER DELICIOUS FOOD AND PIZZAS IN OUR FASHIONABLE RESTAURANT ALONG WITH GREAT DRINKS, COCKTAILS AND LIVE MUSIC IN OUR TRADITIONAL BAR.
Peacock lane opened in 2023 in a refurbished old lime kiln building which lay derelict for about 20 years. We set out to provide a top class fashionable restaurant, gastro pub and entertainment venue, for the growing historical town of ballisodare and wider region, near the famous salmon fishery and opposite the HOLIDAY HOME OF WB YEATS.
Our stylish comfortable restaurant caters for a wide range of diners, with an affordable menu of popular dishes providing for all palates, with vegetarian and gluten free options. This room also hosts late night functions, parties and special occasions.
Always something new to discover
We have a wide range of live music in our bar covering all music genres, such as modern rock and pop, country, classic hits and dj’s occasionally. Check out our Instagram page, @peacocklaneballisodare and our live music entertainment is posted weekly on the sligo musicians website (www.Johnthemap.Co.Uk). Our in house sound system is a firm favourite, playing all the classic hits.
We host quiz’s, race nights, charity fun raising events and prize giving ceremonies. We also offer the entire premises for private bookings on certain dates for intimate weddings and ceremonies.

Lunch And Dinner Menu
Our menu offers a wide variety of the usual popular dishes at reasonable prices. We seek to cater for all different tastes with salads, seafood, pasta, vegetarian and meat dishes freshly cooked to order with the finest local ingredients. We also offer fresh seasonal weekly specials and Sunday roasts, to complement our standard fare.
Pizza Menu
We offer a range of delicious pizzas on our signature stone baked Italian pizza bases, all freshly cooked to order. Each pizza is carefully prepared with the finest ingredients and changes to our menu are made on request. We offer sit down pizzas at €16 each, take away pizzas at €13 each and kids smaller pizzas at €9 each.

Kiddies Menu
Kids are special to us in Peacock Lane and we strive to ensure our premises is a family friendly safe environment. Our kid’s menu has all the usual children’s favourites and can be adapted on request to include mash potatoes or fresh vegetables. We have strong free wifi in both the restaurant and pub for the devices, just to give weary parents a brief break!!
Sample Set Menu
Our sample set menu is an affordable option for larger functions such as parties, communions, confirmations, graduations and civil ceremonies. We also offer our entire premises for private hire on certain dates for intimate and corporate functions, with private bar and food options.

Drinks, Wine And Cocktail Menu
We offer a broad range of drinks for our discerning customers. Our spirits, lagers, beers and stout are all the usual favourites and we also offer alcohol free options with Heineken Zero on draft. We have an exclusive range of affordable wines by the glass or bottle. Our cocktails are extremely popular and specially crafted in the bar.

We offer a range of tempting and delicious desserts on our menu with weekly specials displayed on our boards.
